Through integrations with Google APIs and your XML product feed, we collect the following data:

  • Product performance data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including:
    • Items added to cart
    • Items checked out
    • Purchased items
    • Items revenue
    • Items viewed
    • Source and medium information
  • Product details from your XML product feed
  • Tagging and filtering data created within the enrichit.ai application
  • Basic Google Account profile data (e.g., email address) for authentication
2. How We Use Your Data

The collected data is used exclusively to:

  • Match products between your GA4 data and XML product feed
  • Allow you to create and manage product tags using predefined rules
  • Generate supplemental product feeds for Google and Microsoft Merchant Centers
  • Display filtering, sorting, and reporting features within the enrichit.ai dashboard

🚫 Strict Neutrality Affirmation:

We do not use any of your Google API data for AI/ML training or processing. AI models are used exclusively for product content generation and translation features — never on GA4 or Workspace-derived data.

3. Compliance with Google Policies

Enrichit.ai strictly complies with the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy , including the Limited Use requirements .

Affirmation of Limited Use Compliance:

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will fully adhere to the Google Workspace API User Data Policy. We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features that are visible and manageable within the application.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is securely stored in our database hosted on our servers using MariaDB. Access to data is restricted to authorized users of your account. We use encryption, access controls, and secure environments to protect your information.

5. Data Sharing & Control

Sharing: We do not share your data with any external service providers or third-party tools. All processing is performed internally within enrichit.ai.

Your Control: You retain full control over your data. To delete your account or associated data, contact us directly at support@enrichit.ai.
